Hi! I’m George Dartrey, an comic book artist and illustrator based in Hertfordshire, in the United Kingdom. Growing up with a house full of creative people really pushed me towards figuring out how I wanted to express myself. Ultimately, my life-long love for storytelling and sequential art led me to becoming an illustrator.
It’s this passion that led me to study BA Illustration at Arts University Bournemouth (2018-2021). Since starting on the course,, I’ve been honing my skills and exploring the illustration industry, with a keen focus on graphic design, comic books, storyboarding and sequential art.
My skills are based in digital art, with a strong focus on Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Adobe InDesign and Procreate.
